Delicious Cajun Crawfish Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 lb.butter
- 1-3 lbs. crawfish tails
- 4 cans cream of mushroom soup
- Garlic powder, red pepper, Tabasco
- sauce and parsley to taste
Instructions
Sauté onions, celery, bell pepper in butter until tender. Add mushroom soup, crawfish and seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes. If not seasoned enough add to suit your taste. Garlic powder gives it a very good taste.
