Well, I know a little about having two more bottles of wine. All types of wine can be made to enhance or romance. Put a good wine with the fine cajun recipes as shown on this website and you have a winner for all times of the year. I have tried most of them myself and I must say that cajuns were born to cook and their food is made to eat.
