Ingredients
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bottle regular barbecue sauce
- 1 13.5 oz. bottle catchup
- 1/2 bottle 57 steak sauce
- 1 lemon, squeezed
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 stick butter
- 2 Tbs mustard
Tip: to give a hickory smoke flavor to this recipe add a few shakes of Colgin liquid smoke (to taste). "It don't get no better than this."
