Preparing a world-class seafood gumbo...is sooo easy...if you know how.

I asked myself, "what does an authentic, down to earth, true to life Cajun publish on his Web site other than great food recipes?  Answer: Find a niche...

...finding a niche meant publishing things which are important to me, my family and friends, and most of all to my loyal subscribers. Best of all! It cost nothing to drop by anytime. (just bookmark this site)

So, my niche is to place an emphasis on outdoor cooking more so than indoors. The theme?  Camping, hunting and fishing. And I figured what the heck, I'll throw in a little art, some useful articles, and a few hot topics of discussion just to round things off.

Finally, in order to operate and maintain this small web presence I concluded that there should be something to offer my subscribers who may want to shop.  I tried to pick my partners very carefully. You should not have any problems in the market place.

I hope you keep coming back for a steady serving of useful articles, hot topics and more exciting recipes. Bon appetite!
